Crystal’s appreciation for excellent customer service began more than twenty years ago when she managed her own restaurant in Maryland.  Her customer service experience was enriched when she moved to the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Her exceptional skills were soon recognized by a prominent Real Estate company’s founder and she made the move to Real Estate.  She was quickly promoted to the company’s property manager position handling more that 700 properties for over 10 years prior to making the move to Real Estate sales.  During this time, Crystal opened her own BBQ restaurant and acquired property in Bath County where she lives today.  Because of her love for the mountains and Bath County, Crystal purchased a market that is located in Warm Springs that she successfully manages along with maintaining ownership of her popular BBQ business in North Carolina.  Her enthusiasm for Real Estate along with her passion for the beauty of Bath County and her undeniable expertise in business places Crystal a step above the rest.
