Ryan Hodges
Ryan Hodges’ grandparents bought a second home in Bath in the early 60s and he spent his summers here with cousins. His family moved here in ’68 and renovated Oakley Farm. His step-father, Dutch von Schilling, bought into Clarkson & Wallace. In 1985, Ryan returned home with his wife, Mary, and a newborn daughter, Cabell, to join Dutch in Clarkson & Wallace. Ryan’s real estate work, trail running, fishing, and cycling took him to every corner of both counties. “I am so lucky to have been able to focus on the stunning landscape here as a job. Will Hodges
Will Hodges grew up immersed in Clarkson & Wallace. With a deeply rooted love and understanding of the area, it was only a matter of time until he and his fiancé returned to Bath to make it their home. He brings with him a unique interpersonal and sales background with time spent in Argentina and California working in the wine and spirits industry. Will feels extremely blessed to have the opportunity to follow in the footsteps of his father Ryan, Grandfather Dutch, and godfather Tom Wallace and looks forward to contributing to the future of the company. Bill Bratton is the fourth generation to farm the Jackson River Valley and had a long career as Bath and Highland’s Farm Services Agent. Bill not only knows every inch of both counties, but also knows the history of most farms and agricultural characteristics. Crystal Salvatore’s appreciation for excellent customer service began more than twenty years ago when she managed her own restaurant in Maryland. Her exceptional skills were soon recognized by a prominent Real Estate company’s founder and she made the move to Real Estate. She was quickly promoted to the company’s property manager position handling more that 700 properties for over 10 years prior to making the move to Real Estate sales. Because of her love for the mountains and Bath County, Crystal purchased a market in Warm Springs that she successfully manages along with maintaining ownership of her popular BBQ business in North Carolina. Scott Robertson
Scott Robertson represents the 4th generation of a long time Bath County family. He began his career running Gramercy Farm in Hot Springs while eventually shifting towards full-time management of a handful of the county’s finest estates. Since joining Clarkson & Wallace in 2005 as Property Management Supervisor, Scott has grown the department to a team of ten and covers over 30 properties in the area. Beth Rogers
Beth Rogers was born and raised in Northern Virginia. She graduated with a BA from Bridgewater College and started her career in public service with Loudoun County Parks & Recreation. She moved to Bath County in 1998 and joined the sales team of The Owners Club at The Homestead. A licensed Realtor since 2003, Beth joined Clarkson & Wallace in 2005 and enjoys working in all aspects of the real estate business. Trudy
Trudy Woodzell came on board with C&W insurance department in 2011 with a prior career as a Administrative Assistant in tax preparation. She currently serves as a Certified Planning Commission Member for the County of Bath and is heavily involved with her church’s community events. David Cowden has been introducing visitors to the wonders of Bath County since a very young age, growing up at historic Fort Lewis Lodge & Farm alongside the Cowpasture River. After nearly a decade in New York City pursuing a career in financial services, David changed direction and decided to return home to join his family’s hospitality and farming business. David has a love for the outdoors, with a particular interest in land preservation and recreation.
