Homestead Preserve, 15 Delafield Rise

Homestead Preserve is an 4000 acre environmentally designed neighborhood around The Homestead Resort. This site in Delafield Rise is a short walk from the resort where all amenities are available to Preserve owners. The homesite has been cleared and entrance driveway created to show the view west over the Valley. The purchase includes house plans that have completed the architectural review process and can be adjusted with little remaining effort. Homestead Preserve homes are served by public water, sewer, electric and fiber: all utilities are already on site. There are several contractors approved to work in the Preserve with homes currently under construction so you can see the quality of their work and speak to references.
