The Old Dairy section of Homestead Preserve has larger acreage parcels and The Nature Conservancy as its primary neighbor. These sites offer high elevation locations with long views to the west. Lot 37 offers the highest building site with The Nature Conservancy as its eastern boundary and direct access to the hiking trail that leads directly to the Flag Rock Gazebo on the mountaintop.
